With over 25 years of experience in mortgage banking and servicing, Marquise has developed a deep expertise in foreclosure prevention, loss mitigation, and new loan setup. His career took a pivotal turn during the 2008 financial crisis, leading him into risk management and compliance within the lending and servicing sector. In response to industry changes and the uncertainties of the COVID era, he transitioned into real estate in Texas, where he now applies his extensive knowledge to assist clients in navigating the buying, selling, and leasing process with confidence.
