Marquise Thompson was born in Kansas City, Missouri and raised in Los Angeles, California from the age of one. After high school, he served five years in the U.S. military, where he developed the discipline, work ethic, and service-first mindset that still define how he works with clients today. He later earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing from the University of Phoenix.

With over 25 years of experience in mortgage banking and servicing, Marquise brings rare “behind-the-scenes” knowledge to real estate, especially in foreclosure prevention, loss mitigation, and new loan setup. During the 2008 financial crisis, his career expanded into risk management and compliance, giving him a deep understanding of how lenders, timelines, and documentation impact outcomes. After the industry shifts that followed the COVID era, he transitioned into real estate in Texas, where he now helps clients buy, sell, and lease with clarity and confidence.

Marquise also specializes in supporting homeowners facing pre-foreclosure. He approaches these situations with discretion, urgency, and a strategy-first mindset, helping clients understand their options and take the next best step without pressure or confusion.

Outside of work, Marquise values time with his family, including his spouse, son, and Rhodesian Ridgeback. A proud North Texas resident for over 14 years, he’s built strong ties throughout McKinney, Plano, and surrounding communities.
